unverified Southern Illinois RB profile not found in available results
I could not verify a current Southern Illinois Salukis running back named Charles Wheeler from the available sources, so I can’t responsibly assess his performance, strengths, or fit without risking inaccuracy. The closest match in the results is Nelsyn Wheeler, a different RB prospect, while Southern Illinois results also surfaced players in other positions; if you meant a different Wheeler, I need the exact spelling, class year, or a roster link to produce a reliable scouting-style summary.
