Aaron Young gives FAU a proven, high-volume playmaker with breakaway efficiency
In the 2024 season, Aaron Young was an Honorable Mention All-Sun Belt performer for Old Dominion, piling up 887 rushing yards and 8 touchdowns on 172 carries while also adding 71 receiving yards, showing he can stay on the field and contribute as a multidimensional back-type threat[15][14]. His best differentiator is efficiency in volume: he combined consistent chunk gains with enough receiving utility to create matchup value, and his track record suggests a player who can handle a meaningful workload rather than just spot duty[6][15].
