Undersized, Dependable Defensive Back With Real Game Experience
Jalen Douglas is a defensive back, not a wide receiver, and his recent production suggests a steady depth-piece profile: at Thiel College in the 2024 season, he appeared in five games and recorded six tackles, including three solo stops, after five tackles in five games in 2023. That kind of back-to-back availability matters—he’s been active, assignment-conscious, and willing to do the dirty work. He doesn’t pop as a splash-play star, but if Florida A&M is looking for a reliable, physical DB who can compete and contribute in sub packages or on special teams, Douglas is worth a look.
