Jefferson Boaz is a 6-foot-7 quarterback at Western Carolina whose best calling card is ceiling: he was a record-setting high-school passer who led East Surry to a 15-0 state title run in 2019 and showed rare dual-threat production, but his college résumé is still mostly about opportunity rather than volume.
