Aggressive, confident DB with upside still developing
Vashon McCants, Jr. has been described by Towson as an aggressive, confident defensive back who brings an eagerness to learn and flashes of playmaking upside as he keeps adjusting to the college game. In 2017, he was a freshman DB at 6'0" and 180 pounds, and the coaching staff said more reps should keep unlocking his game. He also appears to have a strong athletic family connection, with a brother who continued playing football. If a team wants a physical, coachable defender with room to grow, he fits the mold nicely.
