Versatile Playmaker with Proven Production at the Small-College Level
Rivers enters Charleston Southern as a compact, multi-purpose weapon with real burst and special-teams value; at Alabama State in the 2024 season, he logged 11 carries for 45 yards and a touchdown, showing he can finish runs and handle efficient touches. He’s the kind of player coaches like because he’s experienced, adaptable, and not afraid of contact, though his college resume suggests he’s still more of a depth/role piece than a headline stat-stuffer. If your team needs a reliable, high-effort athlete who can compete for snaps and contribute in multiple phases, he’s worth a look.
