Obie McKinney brings a low-profile, high-upside backfield spark to UAPB
Obie McKinney is listed as a running back for Arkansas-Pine Bluff, but public stat coverage is thin, so he profiles more as a watch-list name than a proven production machine right now. The appeal is simple: if UAPB keeps feeding him touches, a back with any blend of burst, contact balance, and reliability can pop fast in the SWAC. Without verified season stat leaders or ranking data tied to his name, the best read is that he is currently an evaluation play — intriguing for depth, upside, and special-teams value rather than résumé flash.
