veteran Houston forward with rim protection and old-school toughness
Danrad Knowles is a 6-10 redshirt senior forward at Houston in the 2026 season, and his calling card has long been paint presence: size, rebounding, and shot-blocking that can swing a possession without needing touches[1][12]. His Houston profile lists him as a 200-pound frontcourt piece from Nassau, Bahamas, and recruiting history pegged him as a four-star, top-100-caliber prospect with versatility as a face-up big who could handle the ball and shoot[1][5]. If you need a physical, experienced defender who plays with energy and brings veteran know-how, he’s a fit; if you want a stretch-heavy scoring forward, that’s not his lane[5][12].
