Derrick Davis is still more name than stat-sheet splash for Ole Miss
Derrick Davis is listed with Ole Miss, but the current public stat trail does not show a meaningful 2026 workload, which makes him more of an intriguing depth-chart watch than a proven producer. ESPN lists him as an Ole Miss fullback, while recruiting/roster sites still tag him as a running back, so his best value may be in versatility, physicality, and special-usage packages rather than headline numbers. For a team, that usually means upside in role-specific toughness, not an immediate feature-back résumé.
