Avery Jones is a 2024 special-teams contributor and rotational playmaker for Lafayette
In 2024, Avery Jones appeared in nine games for Lafayette, logging five tackles on special teams while adding 10 catches for 123 yards, including career highs of five receptions for 65 yards in one game, which shows a versatile, high-effort role player who can help in multiple phases[1]. The clearest differentiator is his ability to contribute beyond his listed role — a useful trait for teams valuing toughness, reliability, and hidden-yardage value — though the available data does not indicate major awards, national rankings, or a large body of defensive production[1].
