Experienced, multi-category guard who gave Illinois veteran minutes
In the 2017-18 season, Alstork was Illinois’ only player to start all 32 games, posting 5.8 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game while handling steady minutes at guard. He’s the kind of low-drama, versatile veteran coaches value: he can help in multiple areas, bring lineup stability, and has enough size for the position at 6'5". His scoring efficiency was modest, so his appeal is more about dependable two-way functionality, experience, and being a glue guy than high-end shot creation.
