Wisconsin’s homegrown shooter with long-term backcourt upside
Kinziger is a Wisconsin-born guard whose calling card is shot-making, poise, and a competitive edge that helped make him a top in-state recruit and a four-star prospect. In his 2025-26 freshman season, he saw limited minutes for the Badgers and posted 1.3 points, 0.6 assists, and 0.3 rebounds per game, so he’s still more projection than production. What makes him interesting is the combo of pedigree, feel, and scoring touch that evaluators loved coming out of De Pere. He looks like a fit for teams that value development, toughness, and perimeter upside.
