Makenzie Woodall brings tested bat-to-ball skills and lineup versatility to Austin Peay
A catcher for Austin Peay, Makenzie Woodall arrived with a productive résumé from Chattanooga State Community College, where she earned TCCAA All-Conference honors and posted impact numbers including 51 hits, 10 doubles, and 26 RBI in one season. Earlier at Station Camp, she showed solid contact ability with a .368 batting average and 7 hits in 5 games during the 2023-24 season. She looks like a dependable, high-effort backstop with offensive upside—worth caring about if you value players who can handle the battery while contributing real run production.
