Prairie View G with Untapped Potential from 2015-16 SWAC Days
Ja'Donta Blakley, a 6-foot-something guard for Prairie View A&M, flashed serious upside in the 2015-16 season, averaging 2.3 points, 2.1 rebounds, and 1.3 assists over 28 games (10 starts) while erupting for a career-high 18 points in a single outing—highlighting his scoring burst potential off the bench. Career stats show 4.8 PPG, 3.2 RPG, and 2.8 APG at 43.1% FG, painting him as a gritty, rebounding guard with playmaking vision in the SWAC grind. No recent data post-2016 suggests he's off radar, but his multi-faceted hustle makes him a low-risk, high-reward fit for teams needing bench spark and intensity without ego.
