San Diego’s steady rim protector and energy big
Simi Fajemisin is a low-usage, high-effort center who gives San Diego reliable minutes, interior defense, and frontcourt physicality. In the 2025-26 season, he appeared in all 35 games off the bench, averaged 2.3 points and 2.3 rebounds, and ranked third on the team with 16 blocks, which points to his value as a shot-contesting, team-first role player rather than a volume scorer.[2][3] His fit is best for a team that wants size, discipline, and rim protection, especially from a player comfortable embracing a supporting role.[2][3]
