a culture-builder DB with leadership juice, but limited current on-field data
Justin Belotti’s public profile with North Dakota is strongest on character and leadership: the program recognized him with the Markus Bryant Memorial Scholarship for teamwork, dedication, character, and spirit, and he was also a 2011 Allstate AFCA Good Works Team nominee. The visible record does not show recent stat production, so the differentiator here is his reputation as a dependable, high-character defensive back rather than a numbers-driven headline machine. If you want a DB who can add toughness, accountability, and locker-room value, he checks that box; if you need current performance metrics, the public trail is thin.
