Drew Hawkins brings game-breaking freshman production and rare touchdown upside
Hawkins is the kind of quarterback prospect coaches circle because he pairs explosive playmaking with proven high-end production: in 2025, he set the FBS freshman touchdown record with 29 total scores and ranked among the nation’s best in rushing output and all-purpose impact. That kind of dual-threat ceiling matters because it stresses defenses even when the passing game isn’t perfect, and his accolades show he translated talent into winning-level consistency. If you want a QB who can tilt a game with efficiency, toughness, and multi-phase scoring juice, Hawkins is a premium fit.
