Bucknell's Dual-Threat QB from 2005 Thriller Days
Mahdi Woodard burst onto the scene as Bucknell Bison's athletic QB in 2005, punching in a gritty 1-yard TD run to rally in a 21-18 heart-stopper loss at Stony Brook, showcasing his option-style mobility and clutch intensity from high school roots. A terrific athlete in a preseason QB battle, his differentiator is that elusive playmaking spark under pressure—perfect for teams needing a dynamic, resilient leader who thrives in tight spots, though no recent 2025-26 stats surface, suggesting he's not currently active at the college level.
