McGary is a 6-foot-2, 195-pound senior outside linebacker who has already shown reliable every-game value, appearing in all 13 games in 2024 with 11 starts and posting 30 tackles, 5.0 tackles for loss, and 1.5 sacks.[1] His best fit is as a physical, assignment-sound defender who can create disruption without needing the ball to find him every snap, and his impact showed up against stronger opponents too, including a 1.0 TFL performance at No. 8 Penn State and 1.5 TFLs plus a half-sack in the bowl game.[1]
