Jace Palmer’s Montana edge: a former Griz starter with real football grit
Jace Palmer is best known as a former Montana defensive end who developed from a safety/outside-linebacker type into a three-year starter, which hints at real versatility and coach trust. A Missoula Big Sky product, he was described by teammates and coverage as fast, tough, and deeply football-driven — the kind of player whose value goes beyond box-score stats. If you want an athlete who brings local roots, defensive flexibility, and a hard-nosed, high-effort identity, Palmer fits the mold nicely.
