DJ Reed brings SEC-ready juice off the edge for Mississippi State
In the 2025 season, DJ Reed logged 21 tackles and 2.0 sacks, finishing tied for second on Mississippi State in sacks while flashing disruptive length at 6-foot-4, 285 pounds. He looks like a high-motor, physical DL who can win with power and effort, and his spring comments suggest he’s embracing a freer, faster defense. The fit? Strong if you want a tough, active lineman with upside, especially after a productive transfer year and no sign of fading intensity.
