Lamar DB Chad Allen brings experience, tackling volume, and steady back-end reliability
Chad Allen profiles as a dependable, high-motor defensive back for Lamar, with a track record of active run support and consistent tackling rather than flashy ball-production. ESPN lists him on the Cardinals’ roster, while Lamar’s roster bio shows he played in all 12 games with 10 starts and finished with 79 total tackles, signaling durability, trust from coaches, and a willingness to get involved near the line of scrimmage. He looks like a fit for teams that value physicality, discipline, and steady production over highlight-reel risk taking.
