Tough, versatile SFA forward with a grinder’s edge
Joe Bright is a 6-foot-4 forward who brought toughness and competitiveness to Stephen F. Austin, with SFA’s own signing release calling him a strong defender and a player with real leadership traits. In his college career, he posted modest box-score numbers, including 1.5 points and 1.4 rebounds per game with 30.8% shooting, but the bigger sell is intangibles: physicality, effort, and the ability to defend multiple forward spots. If you want a low-ego, high-motor role player who can do the dirty work, Bright fits the mold.
