Hernst Laroche is a steady, defense-first point guard with record-setting New Mexico State pedigree
Laroche’s value is built on reliability, leadership, and two-way guard play: in his New Mexico State career, he started all 135 games, set school records for games played, minutes played, and steals, and finished second in program history in assists.[3][14] He was also a second-team All-WAC selection after averaging 11.9 points and 3.8 assists in his senior season, showing he could handle the ball, create for others, and contribute scoring without forcing the issue.[3] If you want a composed veteran guard who brings toughness, experience, and defensive impact, he’s the kind of fit that raises a team’s floor.[3][14]
