Leavander Jones brings veteran cornerback experience to James Madison
Leavander Jones is a senior cornerback at James Madison listed at 5-foot-11, 180 pounds, giving the Dukes a sturdy, experienced presence on the back end in the 2026 season[1][2]. His profile screams reliability more than flash: he’s a seasoned defender with a compact build for press coverage and enough football mileage to handle tough assignments, which matters if your team wants a ready-made, no-drama CB who can compete immediately[1][2].
