Experienced FAU Corner With DB Depth Value
Gedel Merzius is an **experienced Florida Atlantic cornerback** whose value is less about gaudy box-score stats and more about adding **depth, familiarity, and positional stability** to the secondary. Florida Atlantic’s media guide lists him as a Miami, Florida native at CB, and his profile suggests a player teams can plug into a coverage room for reliability rather than flash[2]. For a team looking for a low-drama, developmental defensive back who understands the position and can compete for snaps, he is a sensible fit[2].
