veteran Colgate DT who made his money as a disruption piece
In the 2009 season, Paul Mancuso was a senior defensive tackle at Colgate who flashed impact ability beyond the box score, including a blocked field goal, a sack, and four tackles against Princeton, which earned him Patriot League Special Teams Player of the Week honors. He profiles as a high-motor, physical interior defender who brings toughness and game-changing effort plays—especially on special teams—rather than pure stat-sheet volume, making him the kind of lunch-pail, tone-setting fit teams value when they want line play with edge.
