Veteran Forward Turned Organizer Beyond the Bearkats Court
Manny Crump, a former Sam Houston State Bearkats forward (2020-21), posted solid bench numbers with 4.0 PPG, 2.4 RPG, and a sharp 56.3% FG in limited action, showcasing efficient scoring inside as a 6'8" Miramar HS alum. Now at Wayland Baptist for 2024-25 and founding Manny's Basketball League while directing the 2026 Southern Oregon Showcase, his differentiator is entrepreneurial hustle and basketball IQ off the court—perfect for teams seeking a gritty vet with leadership vibes, no major injury flags, and community-building intensity. Watch for his event impact!
