low-minute UNI forward still proving himself
Tyler Griffin is a freshman forward for UNI who has seen limited early-season production in 2025-26, but his value right now is more about development than box-score impact. With modest scoring and rebounding numbers so far, he looks like a long-term project rather than an immediate difference-maker, so the key question is whether his frame, effort, and upside translate as he gets more minutes. If you want a ready-made impact forward today, he is not there yet; if you are looking for a developmental fit with room to grow, he is worth monitoring.
