veteran UCF DB with length, versatility, and steady tackling
Jireh Wilson has been a reliable, high-motor piece for UCF in the 2026 season, listed at 6-foot-3 and 219 pounds and still bringing the kind of size-and-skill combo coaches love at DB. In the 2026 season, his stat line shows 43 tackles with no interceptions and no sacks, which points to a steady, assignment-sound defender more than a splash-play machine. The bigger draw: he’s a seasoned graduate transfer with strong academic background, and reports describe him as a modern, position-flexible defensive back who can move between deep coverage and the slot.
