Alejandro Puig is a steady, everyday Dartmouth shortstop with contact skills and grit
In the 2026 season, Alejandro Puig has been an everyday presence for Dartmouth at shortstop, hitting .248 with 32 hits, 15 runs, and 13 RBIs while starting all but one game. His value is less about pop and more about reliability: he posted an eight-game hit streak, delivered multiple multi-RBI games, and handled a heavy workload in the infield. He looks like a fit for teams that want a tough, right-handed middle infielder who competes every day and won’t shrink from the big moments.
