Cade Smith brings size-and-speed upside, but his Utah State fit needs verification
I couldn’t verify a current Utah State football linebacker profile for Cade Smith from the available results, so treat this as a name-match warning rather than a clean scouting report. The strongest football-related result shows a different Cade Smith listed as a linebacker/fullback recruit with linebacker listed as his primary position, which suggests a physical, multi-role defender profile—but not one confidently tied to Utah State. If you are evaluating roster fit, the key question is whether this is the same player and whether he is adding value through range, tackling, and special-teams utility.
