Korliss Marshall gives Eastern Illinois a versatile, all-purpose back with game-breaking value
Marshall is a **multipurpose weapon** for Eastern Illinois: in the 2024 season, he finished second on the team in rushing with 274 yards on 64 carries, added 11 catches for 163 yards and two scores, and also logged 13 kickoff returns for 288 yards, showing value beyond standard RB touches[3]. ESPN’s current stat line shows he has 42 carries for 265 yards and 1 touchdown at 6.3 yards per carry, reinforcing that he can create efficient offense when given the ball[5]. At 6-foot, 205 pounds, he profiles as a sturdy, flexible fit for teams that want a back who can contribute as a runner, receiver, and returner rather than just a volume carry machine[6][3].
