Tulane TE DJ Cicero: Big frame, still a blank canvas
DJ Cicero enters the 2026 season as a redshirt sophomore at Tulane at 6-foot-3 and 226-235 pounds, but he has not recorded any game action yet, so the scouting book is still mostly about upside rather than production. He’s a developmental tight end whose appeal is size, frame, and a chance to grow into the position in Tulane’s system; the key question is whether his blocking strength and route reliability catch up quickly enough to earn snaps. Right now, he’s more “watch list” than stat sheet star.
