Brad Evans brings high-end punting consistency and field-position juice to New Mexico State
In the 2026 season, Brad Evans is listed as New Mexico State’s punter and has a career average of 41.5 yards on 69 punts with a long of 57, showing the kind of steady, field-position value coaches love[1]. He’s been described by NMSU as the Aggies’ starting punter and kicker, and school notes have highlighted his strong single-season production and top-40 national punt-average level in prior seasons[3][15]. The fit appeal: dependable leg, proven workload, and the hidden edge of pinning opponents deep rather than just flipping the field.
