John Shorter brings DB size and physicality to North Texas
Shorter is a 6-foot, 195-pound defensive back for North Texas, which suggests a sturdier, more physical profile than a typical lighter coverage specialist.[1] Publicly available roster info is limited, so there is no reliable evidence here of production trends, rankings, or injury context to overstate his current form.[1] From a team-fit standpoint, his value profile points to a defender who could help against bigger receivers, tackle in space, and bring length and toughness to the secondary—but any deeper evaluation would need game film and recent stats.
