Parker Hicks brings veteran scoring touch and proven efficiency to Texas Tech
Parker Hicks is a multi-year Texas Tech guard who has seen winning basketball at the highest level, including teams that reached the Elite Eight and the national title game, and he offers a steady, low-drama fit rather than a volume-stat profile. At Lubbock Christian in the 2021-22 season, he was an NABC All-District pick and Lone Star Conference Player of the Year after averaging 16.9 points and 7.3 rebounds while shooting 53.3% from the field and 45.2% from three, showing real shot-making and toughness; at Texas Tech, his role has been far smaller, but the appeal is his experience, efficiency, and understanding of how to contribute within a winning system.[1][2][3]
