Davone Walden Jr. brings veteran, local, do-it-all depth to UNLV’s secondary
Davone Walden Jr. is a Las Vegas native and veteran defensive back who has been a steady, versatile presence for UNLV, mostly contributing on special teams while appearing in 33 games with 31 tackles and an interception over his Rebel career. He’s the kind of glue player coaches love: experienced, physical, and trustworthy in multiple roles, even if he isn’t a headline-ballhawk. If a team wants toughness, local pride, and a low-drama defender who knows how to fit a system, Walden is the kind of roster piece that quietly helps you win.
