proven playmaker with a small-sample Western Illinois footprint
Biggs has real playmaking history, but the current Western Illinois sample is tiny: in the 2020 season he appeared in four games and finished with 1 catch for 3 yards, so the on-field Leatherneck résumé is still more promise than production. Before Western Illinois, he showed explosive upside at College of the Siskiyous, where he posted 47 catches for 924 yards and 11 touchdowns across his junior-college career, including 9 TDs in 2019. At 5-foot-8 and 165 pounds, he profiles as a quick, shiftier receiver who can create after the catch and add value as a returner.
