NIU’s Iron Titan NT with Elite Tackle Volume and Unmatched Intensity
Adam Schroeder, Northern Illinois’ NT, recorded 141 career tackles (13 for loss) in three seasons, earning the team’s Iron Titan Award and first-team All-NIC-9 honors as a senior. His differentiator isn’t just volume—it’s relentless intensity: he plays every snap with a ‘no-rest’ mindset, rarely taking a breath between tackles. While stats show 141 tackles, they don’t capture his personality: a quiet leader who lifts teammates with grit, not words. No major injury history; he’s built for durability. If your team needs a NT who brings both physical dominance and mental toughness, Schroeder is a perfect fit. He’s the guy you trust in the trenches when the game’s on the line.
