Army’s veteran mauler: Luke McCleery brings size, experience, and fit for the Black Knights’ run game
Luke McCleery is a 6-foot-5 Army offensive lineman whose value is all about trench toughness and system fit: he’s been part of the Black Knights’ line in seasons where the ground game was elite, including 2018 when Army ranked second nationally in rushing yards per game and total rushing yards. His profile screams dependable, physical, and assignment-sound rather than flashy, with versatility shown by time at tight end and offensive line. If you want a player built for discipline, leverage, and smash-mouth football, he’s your guy.
