steady Grambling State guard who brings experience and a two-way edge
Tia Pickett has been a reliable, low-usage guard for Grambling State, posting 3.4 points, 0.3 assists, 0.7 steals, and 6 made threes in the 2007-08 season after averaging 1.9 points in 2006-07[1]. Her value is less about volume and more about stability: she defends, can hit an open three, and has shown enough game-to-game presence to stay in the rotation[1][3]. If a team wants a tough, experienced backcourt piece rather than a high-usage scorer, Pickett fits the profile[1][4].
