Devon McNeil brings pro-sized upside to Jackson State’s front
McNeil is listed by Jackson State at 6-4, 225 pounds, giving him the length and frame coaches like in an edge-leaning defender or hybrid front-seven piece, but the public roster and ESPN profile do not show any current game stats yet, so his value is still more about projection than production.[4][5] For a team, the appeal is his developmental ceiling: he has the size to add bulk, the versatility to fit multiple fronts, and the kind of physical profile that can become disruptive once technique and pass-rush polish catch up.[4][5]
