Richelle Jones brings interior presence to Alabama State
Richelle Jones is a **true paint anchor** for Alabama State, listed as a center and valued for the kind of role that rarely shows up fully in basic box scores: rim protection, defensive positioning, and physicality inside. The roster listing confirms her size-based interior role, and her profile suggests a classic post presence that can help stabilize rebounding and protect the lane[2]. She’s the type of fit that matters if a team needs toughness, structure, and low-usage reliability rather than high-volume scoring[2].
