Duquesne’s 6-2 JUCO Powerhouse with Elite Rebounding and Conference-Champion Grit
Alyssa Borasky, a 6-2 post for the Duquesne Dukes, brings elite physicality and proven winning DNA from her JUCO tenure at Northeast Community College, where she averaged 10.9 points and 7.2 rebounds while leading her team to a Nebraska Community College Conference title. Her differentiators include relentless intensity, a 19-11 season record, and the ability to anchor the paint with 6.1 rebounds per game in Duquesne play—ranking second on the team. Though she didn’t start Senior Day (Alyssa Borasky got the call instead), her consistency and experience as a senior (2004 roster) make her a high-fit, battle-tested center for teams needing a reliable, injury-free, and fiercely competitive post player who elevates with every possession.
