Marlon Ruffin brings seasoned wing scoring and usable all-around game
Marlon Ruffin is a veteran 6-5 guard who gives Portland State a polished scoring wing with real shot-making, rebounding pop, and enough defensive activity to help in winning lineups. In the 2021-22 season, he averaged 9.8 points and 3.2 rebounds while leading the Vikings in scoring four times and posting 17 double-figure games; earlier, he showed a more efficient offensive profile with 13.1 points per game and 38.3% from three in 2020-21. He’s the kind of steady, physical, experienced guard you want if you need toughness, flexibility, and a guy who won’t be rattled by the moment.
