DeAndre Mays brings efficient scoring and shot-making pop for Youngstown State
Mays has stood out as a **high-efficiency guard scorer** for Youngstown State, highlighted by a 2010 Horizon League Player of the Week run in which he averaged 22.5 points and shot 50% from the field, 6-for-9 from three, and 11-for-13 at the line over two wins.[1] His differentiators are clean perimeter shooting, confidence to take over stretches of a game, and proven ability to score in bunches, including a career-best 30 points in that week.[1] For a team, he profiles as a ready-made offensive spark rather than just a passive floor spacer.[1]
