Citadel DL Dewitt Jones: a physical, decorated high-school prospect still to prove it at the next level
Dewitt Jones arrives at The Citadel with a résumé that includes All-County honors as a freshman and senior and First Team All-Region recognition as a senior, which points to uncommon consistency and upside as a defensive lineman.[3] Beyond the accolades, his profile suggests a player with real developmental value rather than a finished product, but the current public record does not provide enough recent college production to judge his present impact or stat-line reliability.[3][6] If you want a DL who may bring effort, toughness, and room to grow, he is worth monitoring; if you need a proven immediate difference-maker, the evidence here is still limited.[3][6]
