Matthew Yarbrough brings size and playmaking flashes to UIW’s defensive front
Matthew Yarbrough, a 6-foot, 308-pound defensive lineman for UIW, stands out for his interior size and the kind of disruptive upside coaches value on the edge-to-interior line[4][5]. His high-school production included 4 interceptions, hinting at unusual ball skills and awareness for a defender, though current college stat detail is limited in the available sources[2]. If you need a physical, heavy-handed presence who can occupy blocks and add toughness up front, he’s worth a closer look[4][5].
