Travis Wetzel brings size and trench work to Elon’s defensive front
Wetzel is listed as a **6-2 defensive lineman** for Elon, a profile that suggests a player built to hold ground, absorb blocks, and help keep the defense sturdy in the run game. Publicly available search results do not provide current-season stats, rankings, or injury notes for him, so the clearest takeaway is his positional value rather than a stat line: he fits teams looking for interior toughness, effort, and line integrity over flash. At minimum, he looks like a depth or rotation piece whose impact would come from disruption, leverage, and consistency rather than headline-grabbing numbers.
